We're Under New Ownership

As of Monday 2 November 2020, Thombequ is under new ownership. With this news, we want to assure our long-standing and loyal customers that there will be no significant changes in how you deal with our business and that you can continue to expect the fantastic products and service from Thombequ, at fantastic value for money.

Keeping Things Familiar

1. Cara Harty (me!)

The family traditions aren’t going anywhere. I will continue to run the company and as always, I will be here to help if you need me.

2. Dougie

No change here either. We are delighted that local customers can still expect to see Dougie’s familiar face when receiving deliveries.

3. Logistics

We're still offering all of our existing delivery and service options, and we'll look to add new options going forward.

4. Your Account Details

Your account details are just as they were before. As always, if you need to update any of your information with us, please get in touch.

5. Using Our Website

Your login details will remain the same. You can expect our website to undergo a little facelift, but that’s it. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, if you need any help with accessing the website.

As well as our old faces, we have a couple of new faces joining the Thombequ team too. Our fantastic customer services team of Claire McGuire and Lindsay McNeil will be helping us look after you and your orders going forward.
