STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY
Next business day delivery anywhere to the UK Mainland provided orders are received by us before 16.15pm and subject to stock levels.
Orders received after 16.15pm will be delivered within two business days.
Our delivery days are Monday-Friday.
We do not deliver Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
We also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly but delivery charges and delivery times will differ to our standard terms - please contact us on 01698 285094 for further information.
Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and we will contact you with details of the alternative delivery date.
Furniture marked as 'Available Next-Day' has to be ordered before 12.00pm to secure next day delivery.
For orders of £100 and over in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE
For orders under £100 delivery will cost £8.95
Account customers placing orders within our delivery zone will get their orders delivered next working day free of charge (please check with us for our free delivery zone).

Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) that we have supplied. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will happily refund or exchange your goods. (subject to the following conditions).
- Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging
- Returning goods after 14 days will encur a handling charge.
- Specially ordered items can not be cancelled once the order has been processed and are non-returnable.
Furniture items will encur a 15% return handling fee.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
We will credit the card or account we have on file for you.
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder. Out of stock items are usually sourced within 2-3 days of order - if not, we will contact you with an expected due date or an alternative product option.
